If you and your spouse agree on all matters concerning your divorce, you may be able to have your divorce completed by our law firm by paying a discounted FLAT FEE. In this way you will know exactly what your matter will cost before you begin.
The Burgfechtel Law Offices, PLLC offers the following Flat Fee Options:
Option #1. No Children & No Property — $2,000
Option #2. No Children & Agreed Property Division — $2,500
Option #3. Agreed Children’s Issues & No Property — $3,000
Option #4. Agree Children’s Issues & Agreed Property Division — $3,500
Flat Fee Options include all legal services including the filing fee for an agreed divorce case. (Preparation of additional legal documents outside of the divorce case, such as real estate documents transferring title, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders to transfer a portion of a retirement or pension plan, etc., are not included and would require a separate fee agreement.)
All contested divorces, post-divorce matters, child custody, child support, contempt matters, formation of Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s), and other legal matters are typically not well suited for the Flat Fee option. Likewise, any matters that begin as an agreed upon flat fee divorce but end up with contested issues, will transition to a standard hourly fee agreement and all fees paid will be applied towards those charges. Your money is not lost.
